The trouble taken to deliver them as there was uncertainty about the current relevant address, & as to when was preferable for flowers to be delivered, avoiding the avalanche of flowers received after a death & then the emptiness which sometimes occurs & the enormous, sincere kindness & support given to me personally by Marissa at a very traumatic time for me with this death. Through sadness, we found out about Madam Lampini who brightened up our day each time an exquisite, unique and bespoke sympathy arrangement was ordered and sent to our home on the recent passing of our dear Mother.
