"They treat clients as the own them, worst support coordination ever. During review they don't help for reports and never guide about the whole process. There is no way you can complain about coordinator to the company, worked with Marc Ferguson and he is the worst person. He introduced himself as the manager of the company, but he is biggest bully we ever met. When you try to change coordination services, get big threats and we had to involved NDIA for guidance to get rid of the person."
