"Tonight me and my partner visited for the first time, we were impressed that it’s open to 10pm and by the nice shopfront. That’s when things turned for the worse, we had ordered our cappuccinos and seen the sign for the loyalty card. We asked if we could have a loyalty card stamped for the coffees we just bought. The girl snapped rudely no, we can’t do that. My partner said this is our first time here, and the other girl behind the counter starts her tirade yelling they must be new and not a regular customer. Both girls were not helpful and when the girl at the register tried to help she was told off by the other girl and told to not help us. My partner said can’t you refund the coffees and redo it with the loyalty card, the other girl goes that’s too much of a hassle. After the girl pointed out we were new customers I said you would think that the person at the register would inform the customer they have a loyalty card, in order to develop more business, but the girl said we don’t ask because our customers don’t want to use a loyalty card. After other customers were informed that we are first time customers, both myself and my partner was humiliated so I handed the baton back to the girl and said that’s ok I no longer want the coffee, since you don’t want to mark the loyalty card and you blame us because we are first time customers, so now you gonna have to refund us anyways. The girls both kept attacking us saying we don’t know what we are talking about. Due to our experience, we will not be coming back and would not recommend anyone to this establishment because of their rude staff and poor customer service."

"A good store front location at Plumpton Marketplace. The eggs benedict is cooked consistently. Though the omelette is overcooked and not light and fluffy. Coffee is strong but look out for peak morning times when wait times are slow. Customer service could be more consistent from staff. A good place if you like milkshakes that are loaded and have a sweet tooth as there’s a wide range of desserts including cronuts and Nutella donuts."

"Smashed avo is my go to at all the cafes so I consider my self bit of an expert. This one lacked love and flavour and the amount of tomato was overwhelming. For $17 it could be improved - maybe some seeds or herbs for flavour. I do request no chilli flakes or radish so it’s fair to say that they are typically added but I don’t fancy those 2 flavours. I’ve got no other issues with this Cafe, service is typically good as are the food options."

"This was the first time we had eaten here. Lots of items to choose from. Loved the smashed avocado on sour dough with fried halumi cheese, grilled tomatoes, and soft poached eggs... wow, very yummy. They have an awesome range of hot and cold drinks to choose from. I had a banana smoothy, so yummy and delicious with a cafe latte. I want to go back to this place, the staff were so helpful and kind, a really good experience from this cafe. I will be back to give this place another crack. It's really worth going back again. "Had the Big Breakfast this morning and it was just beautiful, very generous portion and as the menu said it was Big, so big my wife and I shared it and just got through it. It had all top ingredients cooked perfectly. Service was very friendly too. Nothing was a problem, we will be back soon to try some of the other menu items that looked so good around the tables. Generous with food and Service now that's a Winner. On our second visit Sunday, we had the Waffles, disappointing they were stale and crumbled and were not made on site."
