"Stay away from this shop as they have unprofessional service and no work ethics! Engaging them nearly cost us the wedding as we were left high and dry without the promised garlands. They are expensive to start with and what gets delivered at the end is nothing to close to what was promised. AVOID them at all costs!"
"We heard a lot about the shop for wedding garlands…. But was really disappointed with their service… they took full cash for 2 garlands and never delivered it on time… In spite of making sure the timings and date was wet turn accurately …. I ordered for double pink roses with white flowers in between and when I called to pick the garlands … the lady says… it’s not for morning it’s for the night…basically no garlands for the wedding … then after n number of calls … and due to their poor knowledge of language living in Australia… ( can’t speak a single statement in English) she kept saying it’s for the night wedding not morning… she ended giving us shabby red roses garlands for $525 which was already paid… returned $50. I’m never gonna suggest this place for anyone. And will talk until I get back atleast half the money back."
"It’s good that there is a loose fresh flowers shop in western suburbs. It’s a bit pricey. But they have an option of making custom garlands which isn’t usual. I would suggest it if you don’t find anything other flower shops."
