"I have used them twice since buying a second hand caravan elsewhere two years ago. They fitted a new awning efficiently at a great price. They have just completed a "service" before our next major trip. Again very good service and value. One item was simpler than expected so I was charged less than the quote. Couldn't be happier and I will use them again. EDIT 10 October 2022. My view has not changed in the past 3 years. My caravan developed a relatively minor problem which would have made it unusable as planned next weekend. "Was trying to get hard to find toilet spare parts. Rang ADP and while they did not have both items , they indicated they could get the second item within 24 - 48 hours.I got the call the next morning ( less than 24 hours) and both parts now available. I had been trying to source one of these parts for 2 weeks from another larger RV store, Well done ADP and thanks. Great customer service and cheaper than some of the on line suppliers."
