"I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Upon entering the premises, I was the only customer present, while the two ladies working there seemed occupied with their tasks. Despite my clear presence and obvious need for assistance, I patiently waited for approximately 20 minutes, hoping they would finish their tasks and attend to me. Finally, one of the ladies completed her work, giving me a glimmer of hope that I would receive the attention I had been patiently waiting for. I approached her and politely asked if she was available to help me. To my dismay, she curtly responded with a simple "no" and abruptly walked away. Imagine my disbelief and frustration when she promptly proceeded to assist another customer who had arrived long after me. Needless to say, I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service I received. My time was clearly disregarded and wasted, despite being the only customer in the establishment. It is disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer service principles. I sincerely hope that the management of this establishment takes note of this review and addresses the shortcomings in their customer service. Such experiences not only tarnish their reputation but also drive potential customers away. It is my sincere wish that they make the necessary changes to ensure that no other individual has to endure the same disappointment and frustration that I did."
"After making an expensive purchase the item broke within 2 days of having it, we went back to the watergardens store to see what our options were (16/12/2022) and received the worst possible customer service by Sandra. We were planning on exchanging it for a new one but after being spoken to in such a disgusting manner we decided to get a refund and spend our money else where."
