"Doing it right here. Lovely staff, brilliant food, bright coffee, tasty tea; truly in the heart of Sydney. Eggs cooked to perfection - there's a Chef here who knows their stuff. Sit outdoors on a patio or indoors in comfortable rooms of an old restored building. Truly in the old heart of Parramatta, in the beating heart of Sydney. And here, there's everything you want in a morning--afternoon cafe."
"The cafe has an eclectic academia vibe that crosses over with rustic. The customer service is amazing. The staff is very accommodating and will go above and beyond to help. The food is delicious and unique in its style and presentation. The coffee was amazing as well! There is a parking lot just behind here which made it easy to access. They don’t have high chairs for kids but helped us bring the pram inside to set it up. We will definitely go back- everything was wonderful!"
"An amazing place with food that will make you forget time and space. The staff are extraordinarily friendly. No wonder it’s rated as one of the finest breakfast places in Sydney. Wish I had a longer stay in Sydney to try all items on their menu."
"I personally reckon this is the brunch place to be in Parramatta. I'm always looking for brunch menus that take the risk to go beyond eggs benny on toast. Circa goes for it and comes out on the other end winning. Ottoman eggs, their signature, features a fried eggplant that's luscious, a brilliant labne, and a focaccia that's one of the most enjoyable I've had, fresh and heavily perfumed with herbs while retaining a beautiful bread flavour The dish is lovely textures of cream, crisp, chewy. Really nothing quite like this one out there. One thing to note is that their salting is on the high side (as in you can taste the salt) which I think is justified, but might not be for everyone. The smoked duck is a collection of roasted veg and a duck with the smoke fully infused in the meat. Simply put, if you're a fan of the "Masterchef" style of balancing a dish - get your touch of sweet, touch of acid, bitters to give it interest - you'll find a lot to love here. The veg can be challenging owing to the bitter notes. They had a drink called horchatta, which I really liked - if you enjoy a brewed rice drink (no fermenting as far as I could tell) you'll like it. They don't take bookings and there's not a lot of free parking nearby so would recommend parking at Westfield and walking over."
"I've been in Sydney 3 weeks and I think I come here every second day for an oat cap. Absolutely delicious menu options and great coffee too! They know how to use alternative milk and not burn it. The ottomans eggs are next level! Waffles are also very nice and seem to change the toppings every few weeks. Highly recommend."
