"Edit: in response to erroneous booran suzuki statements below; before I left the first assessment I organised with a male receptionist my preferred parts (he wrote this all on my case's paperwork in front of me) and I specifically asked if i needed to call back to confirm the details and he said "no need, I will make sure the right parts are ordered" this did not happen ie I DID NOT CHANGE MY MIND ON THE DAY IT WAS DONE, I ARRANGED IT OVER A WEEK PRIOR TO THE BOOKING. You HAVE serviced my car, MANY times, under a previous owner (i purchased the car from booran suzuki Dandenong) and this is documented in the service book. Original Post: Did not fix brake pads and discs at first assessment despite being booked in for a brake concern (confirmed major safety risk), required more than a week to order parts, then did not appropriately record-nor order in- the agreed upon parts so they could not complete the job when it was booked in for the second visit; when i called late morning after dropping car off early morning (after not receiving a call back) I was told all parts were available and everything would be completed on the day to then discover at end of the day that parts still needed to be ordered ie not all jobs completed. Door panel was scuffed with a black mark when i collected the car and staff member used spit and shirt to clean it. Unfortunately I would not recommend: polite staff but overall the business was disrespectful of my time and safety."
