"Held the car for 8 days and didn't even manage to complete the assessment. After I complained Shannon's told me they are supposed to do the assessment in the first 15 mins they have the car. No communication at all over the 8 days. Every time I called them they were disinterested and had no updates."

"Highly incapable of performing their duties to repair your vehicle. Vehicle was handed back with broken headlights and trims hanging off the car. Paintwork was dripping from bumpers and parts were slammed together causing chips in brand new paint. Gave them the opportunity to fix the issue. Came back second time for collection. New headlight replaced thats full of moisture and paint scuffs all along bumper. Grille pulled off vehicle and grazed. Second time Ive had a not at fault accident and had to be repaired 3x on both occasions. Have to get vehicle repaired elsewhere as they are incompetent and highly unprofessional."

"To say that they are shoddy,unprofessional and totally unable to repair a car is putting it rather nicely im afraid, my wifes car had a front impact as per the photos,the whole front needed to be done and realigned, when i got the car back the panels were not in line at all one side had a 5 m gap and the other end had something like a 25 mm gap and this was on. The headlights were not installed properly so it started misting up quite badly on the inside EVERY panel they worked on, everything appeared to have been forced in, not properly painted and the number plate was just hammered flat and put back on, did not even mention anything about it to me that i had to get a new one, just gave me the keys and allowed me to walk out the office! Took my car to another place to get a quote to have all the work redone properly and he quoted me $4125 to redo all the mistakes!"

"Was advised to take my car here from my insurer, which makes sense as both the insurer and Capital Smart are owned by the Suncorp group. If you are needing anything more then a new mirror fitted I wouldn't waste my time here. I had medium front end damage resulting in needing a new front bar, new head light, new front quarter panel and a new wheel as they couldn't repair the alloy rim. When I went to pick the car up I asked if it had a wheel alignment as the impact was significant enough to cause the wheel to unrepairable to which I was advised "we don't do that here, we are not mechanics". Upon further inspection, the brand new front bar had deep marks in the basecoat, bent radiator support brackets, over spray all through the engine bay and the front grill and head light don't line up. The attitude of the worker was atrocious and clearly didn't care about all the issues that were clearly never looked at after the repairs were "complete" Now things can get repainted but my biggest issues is they are giving cars back to customers with no mechanical checks. They have no idea if the car is road worthy and you are putting you and your family's life in danager or causing further mechanical issues which they will wipe their hands clean of and take no responsibility of. Do not trust them with your vehicle. The following photos are after the work had been "completed" and the keys were handed back."
