On 6 June 2023, I contacted my property manager about an emergency repair involving an appliance (which must be resolved within 48 hours per tenancy law). I received a response from Seth this afternoon (9 days later) giving me the phone number of someone else to call. This is an embarrassing level of negligence towards a straightforward emergency repair."
