"BROKEN CORSAGE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & OWNER BLAMES & YELLS AT YOU WHEN TRYING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT This is the worst business that I have ever encountered before. I purchased a corsage and buttonhole/boutonniere from this florist for my Year 12 formal (on Nov 14th 2020) and it BROKE 2 minutes after I put it on for photos. I did not dance or move around it in prior to it breaking and it was put safely in the bag beforehand. We had 2 other friends who purchased on this florist for the formal and all 3 of our corsages broke and gave on of the girls an allergic reaction. I called them 2 days after this incident to tell them what had happened as well as sent them video and photo evidence. The owner YELLED AT ME, TELLING ME IT WAS MY FAULT THAT IT BROKE AND THAT HE WILL NEVER GIVE ME A REFUND. He kept repeating that he worked there for a long time and never got a complaint from someone before, so it was all my fault as well as the other people who ordered on the day. I paid $45 for a product that I could not even use. I have never experienced this type of disrespectful behaviour from a business before and it was extremely shocking. I hope no one ever buys from here again and hope that they will go out of business soon. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered and their products are awful."
