"My old care required an annual service and I was looking for a new mechanic. My car was found to have numerous problems and would require lots money and time. Morris and Tony were so helpful and described each section that required attention in great detail and explained its importance. After the service, not only was the car looking fantastic but Morris took the time to show and explain to me the importance of what their repair consisted of including showing me the parts in my car that had been taken out and what had gone wrong with them. "I had an issue with my car transmission. Another service/repair workshop quoted a very high price to replace the entire part. Maurice at Hughes Automotive serviced my car but also offered me 2 options to have the transmission issue sorted - 1. replace the entire part, 2. replace the 1 spring that was broken. We went with option 2 and it saved me $1500! Maurice and the team were so professional, detailed (explained everything to me and the pros and cons of each option) and such a reasonably priced service! The car was also washed, vacuumed and sparkling - even the tyres. I also requested a free loan car, which add to the convenience of bringing my car to Hughes Automotive. I highly recommend bringing your car to Hughes Automotive for all your servicing and repair needs. This will now be my regular service/repair workshop for any cars in the family. "Fantastic experience yet again with Maurice and the team at Hughes Automotive after my car broke down unexpectedly. Customer service, care and complete transparency on what was required to be fixed and associated cost, was all A1. They already had a busy schedule but the team worked overtime to make sure all of their customers were looked after. They even managed to fit in a service for my car and washed it too! Pricing is fair and reasonable and customer service is amazing!"
