"They fixed the issue of the leaking gas in the AC system, as the heating would not work. But further on after realising that it was a installers issue they sent me a blunt and extremely short email stating that "they would no longer be my contractor". This is without even sending a service report to me after I had to call them up for it. Otherwise how would the next technician know what work they did? From my understanding if another company has done a bad job and your asked to fix it, even though it was not your issue that you have to clean up after others, many good contractors with a strong work ethic will take it in stride and just do it. I even had 2 contractors from other companies who knew the situation, and were willing to finish the job even though the AC was not installed by them and it had no association with them. JKC fails to do this. Since the initial issue is not their problem they don't want to take the job and simply ask me to ask someone else to do the job. Telling me to contact Panasonic, depsite the fact that they actually were not my installer and automatically assumed they were just because it was a Panasonic air-conditioning unit. Just because you buy a TV from Samsung does not mean the the person installing the TV is from Samsung. Even though they knew I waited over 4 months for the AC to be fixed, instead of helping me out they just refer it to someone else. Poor form..."
