"I left my car for one night as the paint was wet and it was raining that day. In the morning when I went there he opened the garage in front of me and I saw my cars window was opened. White marks inside on the door, Ignition was on. Battery went flat and I ask them what the heck is this? He replied may be the staff forget to get the key out of the car to close the window. I’m sure he was the person who did this and put his blame on the staff. I paid $200 extra for the battery. Seriously, they don’t care for the other cars."

"Well the reason why I'm deducting the stars is their punctuality or more appropriately the lack of it. The first time I was there, I had to wait for more than an hour past their opening time until someone arrived to open the shop. Second time I wanted to come and discuss a repair around an hour before their closing time, they said they had already left. So following their suggestion, I came back next morning at 10 AM. After waiting for another 15 minutes when I called them, they said they're going to be there after 11. It definitely showed a pattern that could not appreciate. The offer service at reasonable price, definitely much cheaper than the premium panel services, which is why I am leaving 2 stars."
