"As a first-time customer in Sydney Australia, my experience with this courier service left much to be desired. Upon registering, I received regular phone calls to book my first courier request. I decided to proceed and made sure to emphasize the importance of my first delivery, as it was for an event with strict time frames. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse on the due date of my delivery. Despite assuring me that my request would be handled promptly, the courier failed to pick up the job within the agreed time frame. When I reached out to the sales representative, I was kept waiting for 30 minutes before being informed that no driver had been allocated to my job. This lack of organization and communication was extremely disappointing, as it put my event's success at risk. In a mad rush, I had to cancel the job and urgently find a replacement courier to salvage the situation. Needless to say, this experience was frustrating and unprofessional. While I understand that this courier service is a new business, it is essential for them to iron out such operational inefficiencies before offering their services to customers. The sales representative acknowledged the error, but this did little to mitigate the inconvenience caused. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this courier service based on my experience. Until they address these issues and demonstrate more reliability, I will be looking elsewhere for my courier needs. "I live in Scotland. I wanted to send my best friend in Sydney some flowers for her birthday. I did a Google search and found LVLY recommended in an article. Beautiful bouquets at reasonable prices I picked the one I wanted. I was then amazed by the excellent service by email on delivery day. I was able to track the flowers en route so I knew roughly when they would arrive. I also got a small picture of my courier and a button to call him if I wanted to. When the flowers were delivered at my friends workplace I got a photograph of the box on her desk. I was absolutely blown away from start to finish by this service. My friend was absolutely over the moon with her gorgeous flowers and immediately sent me a lovely message and a photograph. She said that I had made her day and nobody had ever sent her flowers before. Thank you! I highly recommend this company. Superb experience from start to finish. 10/10."
