"My business spends a few thousand dollars a year with Australia Post and it wouldn’t be the same without the help and guidance from this current licensee. He is very knowledgeable with the AP products, helpful to explain things I don’t understand, patient with me and very honest. The new “if if packs it posts” prepaid satchels was a bit confusing for me at first but after Elie explained it in detail, I buy in bulk, save money for both myself and my customers, and my business has reaped the rewards of great service in turn by providing a choice of speed and cost in delivery. Although I sometimes have to wait in line for a few minutes, the post office is rarely busy so I get why maybe there’s never any extra staff to assist. I say this because the poor guy has to deal with some of the stuck up and inconsiderate narcissistic locals who think the entire world revolves around them (and I have witnessed these horrible people first hand…some even have written reviews here) Give the guy a break, we are lucky to have him and he’s just trying to get by."

"The man who is the owner / franchisee is such a rude and nasty man. It makes one feel powerless when Australia Post delivers a package to this post office and you have to go in an see this man to pick up things. Today he screamed at me, physically came around the counter and pushed me out of the shop by pushing my back. I felt physically assaulted and violated. His behaviour was absolutely inappropriate. So quick to anger from 0 to100 in seconds. This man has a personality disorder and should never be in any position to be dealing with the public. I am unsure how Australia Post screens it's franchisees but more thought and feedback from the public should be taken into account. Please read the community reviews on Yelp and Google and DO something. The guys at Rose Bay North are polite, respectable and helpful. I am not sure the man at the Vaucluse Post Office understands what that actually is."

"Showed up to collect a parcel at 4pm, when the website (and presumably the franchise agreement) dictates he has to stay open until 5pm. Needed to collect my parcel that day and it didn’t arrive there until 3.55. Upon arrival he slammed the door in my face, yelled profanities at me and turned off the lights. In between yelling and gesturing very aggressively he told me to go away and he was closed because he was too busy to stay open. Stay away if possible."

"Lost my parcel and refused to explain the next steps. “Ellie” (name supplied by another customer) only repeated he would “call you when I find it”. When attempting to ask if this is today or another day, the only phrase which could be shared was “I’ll call you when I find it”. I do not know the location or status of my package. The challenge is I work from home and my items are often redirected to this LPO despite me being available to receive the items."

"Don’t come here to renew your passport even though it’s supposed to be a service they offer according to the Australia Post website.. the guy immediately told me he’s too busy and to come back another day.. thanks for nothing, I guess I’ll go elsewhere."
