"Good vans but the 1 star rating is for their warranty customer service (Head office, not local dealership). Raised a warranty issue for bubbled laminate at 1,000km service in Perth JB dealership back in October last year. It didn't get lodged correctly from dealer to head office so relodged it myself late December and I'm still yet to get a confirmation of when it will be fixed. Been dealing with their warranty department since we relocated to NSW. 7 months since I first raised it and no closer to getting a confirmed date for repair despite them having recognised it as a defect."

"We have had shocking water leaks in our 2020 gator x. We have had water leak in around the air con , front wall and handles, above cupboard through the roof, down through kitchen window and shower base leak and rot timber. We had the first few fixed under warranty but now JB doesn't want to know us . I would definitely go straight to the accc for quicker results. We are also very over weight because only allows enough payload for full water tanks so by the time you pack the van it is quite over weight."
"We had a few things to be dealt with on warranty for our van. JB had our van for 6 weeks to fix a few problems.We left the van on 24th February and picked up 31 st March. Not major problems except the air conditioner. We rang 2 weeks before to see if it was ready no. So we thought we would ring on the week of 28th and told it would be Thursday. Great then as we live in Regional Victoria we started to travel down to pick up van and received a phone call to say it would not be ready till Friday. We advised them we would come and get our van regardless but if they could seal the shower and repair the air conditioner we would appreciate it. They have done the sealing of the shower and gave us a jack that was not in the van when we brought it and replaced the hatch screen. The new lady in the service department was wonderful and did go out of her way to help and we appreciate her effort thank you. We were very disappointed that the van was not repaired in those 6 weeks. I still love my van but very disappointed with the after sales problems."
