My car had front bumper crashed, the manager Sam and Matt did inspection carefully and found all the damage parts even tiny crack parts at back of the bumper. "Was sent here by my insurance company for an assessment after being involved in an accident. The service centre manager Sam came out to look at my car and was immediately dismissive of everything i said. He started to claim that the damage was a result of parking instead of accident related to the point where he implied my car had no damage related to the accident.. I showed him photos of the other car and how bad the damage was on both cars but he kept insisting the damage was parking related. He then told me to "take my car and go home"... Overall some of the worst customer service i have ever seen, aggressive and not interested in making an already annoying process any easier. In fact Sam seemed to enjoy the experience.. Highly recommend people go somewhere else even if there insurer recommends this place."
