"The facility is good but the customer service can definitely be better. We hired a bowling machine for 1.5 hours and at the end of the session, one of our players were casually swinging his arms because the nets were empty at 9.30pm and no one was there anyway but he was told off by one of the staff which was really frustrating. Bowling machine price is also a bit expensive compare to other facilities with the same gears."
