"Yello is the delivery driver of Woolworths and their performance has been poor. Delivered my groceries to a wrong address, left it in the hot afternoon sun and can’t adhere to delivery timeframes selected in checkout by Woolworths. A poor partnership selection by Woolies which impacts on both Woolies and the end user. Disappointing and sloppy."
"Would be 0 stars if it was an option. I have ordered Woolworths twice and they have used this truly incompetent company. Driver just pulled up, looked out his window and then left? I guess he thought nobody was home even though it clearly states "CAN LEAVE UNATTENDED". Even so, didn't knock, didn't get out of the car or even honk. Literally the minimum effort put in. So now my order is on it's way back to Woolies because of these lazy clown drivers. Maybe don't be a delivery driver if you are too lazy to get out of your car? Would literally be faster to walk to Woolworths and carry my shopping home."
"The one star I for the fact that the driver picked up the food from Woolies. However despite our house being very clearly marked they managed to deliver the food to another house. When I told them their only response was “sorry the driver can’t go back for personal reasons”. Sorry Woolies but I won’t order from you until you stop using this delivery company."

"1 star is only going to the courier driver that actually went to get my package and deliver it from EB Games. I live less than 5 mins away from where it is located. It almost 3 hours to get delivered. I went on the website to get some help if anything, it said they would take, “less than 2 minutes to reply back,” they did not reply at all for 30 mins. Would not recommend this company for any deliveries in the future. Disgusting customer service and utterly disappointing delivery drivers."
