And instead of just replacing whole parts as a general approach, they took the time to assess and diagnose the problem, then repaired the small broken component! "I could not recommend Tony enough. He was prompt in his arrival on the two occasions he visited our home, and was upfront, honest and pleasant in helping us with our problem. You gotta love someone that can adequately explain the basic infrastructure of a fridge to plebs like us, and describe the minimum and maximum of what it needs to temper our worries and expectations. The call out fee was factored into the total that included labour + parts, which was well worth it for the relief Tony's work gave us (no more incessant, high-pitched squealing!) and the positive impression his character left on us. Very nice, down to earth guy who is good at his job, highly recommended!"

"Very dissapointed with the experience. They very helpful on the phone and gave us advice about turning the fridge off to make sure the fan was not stuck in ice. However, after someone came out to look at the fridge and told us it was the control board we have not heard from them since. This was in November! They said the part needed to be ordered and it would take a while. Well I have called twice to check and have been told someone will call me back but that has not happened. So I ordered a control panel from an online dealer and it arrived in 3 days. This did not fix the issues with the fridge but it was a last ditch attempt. It feels as though they just wanted the $99 call out fee and that's it. So needless to say it has been a very dissapointing experience ."
