"Had to get 3 quotes for a 3rd party at fault that smashed into the back of me and had no insurance. A-Line’s quote was the only one that was genuine and only itemised and quoted for parts and work that needed doing at a very fair and reasonable price as compared to the ridiculously inflated quotes of the other garages, who all quoted for repairs and parts that were not even damaged! And so of course the at fault driver was very happy and relieved to go with A/Lines very reasonable quote to repair my car. I got a free loan car whilst the repairs were being done as well which came in super handy and meant I didn’t have to miss a day of work whilst my car was in the shop. On top of this Steve, the owner, was very friendly, down to earth and super pleasant to deal with. When I came to collect my car, not only the repair work was great and done really efficiently, but also I was pleasantly surprised and quite blown away by the fact that he had polished my car inside and out. My car was so dusty and dirty from daily travel to my horses down a dirt road but Steve had it polished so fantastically I have not seen it that shiny since I drove it out of the showroom ten years ago!
