"Poor poor service, not modern payment facilities and don't even have an email account. Avoid this business from the 17th century! Owner 'Rick' had my car for 1 day. First tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with car (when I inquired he had not even bothered to look at anything other than the error codes on the dash) When it came time to pay the bill the owner refused to send me an invoice electronically via email. He said "I dont have email" which seems ridiculous for a business. They expected me to divulge my credit card details over the phone to pay?! When I refused they simply read out the account and BSB for me to pay but again, refused to send me an invoice via email. Will never use again. Will actively tell my networks to avoid this business that has zero interest in its customers or being relevant in the 21st Century."
