I could see he was very busy when I walked Into his shop but he made the time to discuss it with me and offered to replace a couple of parts while I waited as it would be quite quick to do and luckily he had the parts in stock. Case scenario: I identified that grinder on my automatic coffee machine stopped working and the only way to fix it is to get to the professional to replace. After chatting over the phone I was presented with all options and based on my case I was suggested not to invest money in the repair but to get another coffee machine. That advise is perfect but I was impressed that the person actually gave right advise even where it affects his business.
