"After numerous emails to my building maintenance and iLive who were very lethargic in helping us regarding our Microwave and warranty, we were advised to call Alantine. The customer care was fantastic and guided us and advised us that our microwave was still under 12 months warranty and that we should ask for our occupancy permit if no particulars were offered to us regarding the microwave. I wrote to the the maintenance and requested for it, they said they didn’t have it.. requested us to call Alantine who assisted us in obtaining information and a job number and saving us so much money. I would like to thank Liz and the team for such a professional and helpful service. We are so grateful to wonderful people like Liz who goes the extra mile to go over beyond to help consumers like us."

"So difficult to book in with this company! What do you expect people to do when they work full time? We booked in and was told 2pm.. I received a call when the driver arrived.. no warning at all. I was close by and said I would come back.. despite them being earlier than the time they provided. The driver said he needed to go “far away” (literally 5mins away) and refused to wait or return and was annoyed at the staff member who made the booking! THEN was told we could book in for a 7:30am time and now when we phoned back being told that the staff member gave the wrong info and we need to take a half day from work to wait for them to turn up…. No time given, no proper process and multiple different messages from staff!!! Edit: At no point did I say I was “5 minutes away” so please check your facts. I asked if they could return from Clayton, which is the next suburb over.. which is relatively close by. Also the person I last spoke to ensured that someone could be there between 7:30-8:30am for our next appointment, however when we called back after trying to organise annual leave they said this was NOT possible. So actually, maybe you need consistent information? We now have to take annual leave to be present once again! As an essential worker this isn’t easy."

"Our 4 year old SMEG oven was cutting out and shutting off on its own. Googled SMEG service and was directed to Alantin as an approved service provider. Called the number and a service call was booked for within a few days time, with service charges given on phone. Reminder text sent the day before service appointment. Service repair person turned up in the time window given, diagnosed fault and made repair within 30 minutes. Note: don't ever try to replace your halogen oven lights with LEDs. They will melt, causing your oven to shut off...(and possibly your face to turn red)."
