She photograph the said item, and had Marcus record all the details. She said she would refer this to her Manager Catherine on commencement of her shift the next day and call me with the results, which she did. "One of the worst stores. Customer service is non existent. Asked the cashier to assist with taking some tags off and she told me her checkout was closed. Many times the checkout- they’re too busy talking amongst themselves. They Refuse to acknowledge you, they walk off, or tell you to use the self service. It’s a shame the older people working there are teaching the younger kids as these people have the worse customer Service attitudes."
"The lady who served me, Charlene, was very nice, chatty, friendly and obviously loved her job. Left the store went and did some other shopping then, Charlene was on her break sitting outside the store, offered to watch my full trolley while i ran to the bathroom. Was pretty impressed with her helpfulness. Thank you."
