"Purchase a panasonic aircon. Had issues in the first year, they sent out this sub-contractors who were rude and unprofessional. They first came and did an inspection, said needed a capillary tube, would come back. Second visit, rainy day and refuses to take their shoes off, damaged my carpet. Brought in their equipment then went and sat in their car for 20min on their phones until I went out and asked what they were doing. Their excuse was they had to wait for the tube to be delivered to their car...if you're in the same situation, ask your manufacturer for another service centre."
