"Don't know what previous reviewer was on about, but I have always found Ray and staff very knowledgeable, helpful and conscientious.They deal predominantly in Italian, Campagnolo equipped bikes and there are few other bike mechanics in Melb more well versed in the workings of Campag componentry. Also a good source of Campy spare parts. They sell some second hand and more affordable bikes, but I have no doubt Ray would let you know well and truly if the bike you are buying is second-hand - It would be obvious!"
