"On November 10, 2021, lube moblie replaced both my brake pad and disc rotor when my odometer read 143,986km. By February 2022, my car began experiencing brake noises, prompting me to request assistance from Lube Mobile. They inspected the issue and determined that the noise was originating from the rear brake (drum brake) rather than the front. Consequently, I agreed to have the rear brake replaced. Despite the replacement of the rear brake, the noise persisted. Consequently, I called Lube Mobile for a third time on February 28, 2022. This time, they identified the problem as an air pocket during the brake fluid replacement, and they also discovered that the brake pad was broken. They replaced the brake pad with a Bendix. Skipping ahead to July 2023, my odometer now reads 162,560km, and the brake noise has returned. Instead of contacting Lube Mobile again, I decided to visit a local mechanic. The mechanic found that Lube Mobile had not fitted the brake pad and disc rotor properly during their previous service, causing it to wear out faster than usual. Additionally, the rear drum brake was found to be over-adjusted. In summary, I have driven for 1 year and 5 months, covering approximately 20,000km. Now, both my front brake pad and disc rotor require replacement. Looking back, I regret not reading product reviews before choosing Lube Mobile as my service provider for my car."
