"Pretty disappointed with the dining experience here. I’ve seen good reviews, so decided to give it a try. As a quick lunch stop for tradies, it’s probably a decent place, but for breakfast, I wouldn’t personally recommend. My poached eggs weren’t exactly poached, one was completely cooked through, no offer to fix it up. The feta was lacking flavour, so that was a big letdown when it came to all the ingredients working together. My mum ordered the morning burger, to where she told them she’s very specific with how she likes her eggs cooked on the burger. The waitress said they can cook it however she likes it done. It arrived raw on top, oozing, & the top was cold to the touch. She said she’d be fine with them putting the same egg on the grill & just cooking the top a little, but they told us that was the ‘best they could do’, & didn’t replace it, so she just had a croissant. Customer service was quite weak, which I’d heard a few times before from people. The signature breakfast range is hardly anything special in my opinion, more so just fancy words with cheaper ingredients & a higher price point. If the customer service was decent, I would’ve rated higher, but it was a letdown, as it seemed like they just wanted to push us out of there because we weren’t happy with the food. The coffee was decent enough, so a nice place to sit down & just have a cappuccino, as the dining area outside is nice enough."
