"Rushed like crazy to get to the post office in Lawson before 6 because on the collection docket left at my door it states a 6pm close, only to find the office closed at 4:55pm. Fix your hours. If you are going to close early or change your hours maybe fix it on everything. So annoyed. Just so those reading know, they changed their hours from 6am -6pm to 7am to 5pm. But no promises they'll be open during those hours either."

"Sure the previous owners Deb and Noel, were a hard act to follow, also they are much loved local community members. Jess and Gin the new owners run it differently but it’s a business not a community service. I find adjusting to the difference and getting to know Jess and Gin help. Noel and Deb are still behind the counter occasionally."
"Been biting my tongue but really have to write this review. The old owners were wonderful and sadly the new owners really need further training. Not only do they not understand what 'helpfulness' means but also lack of basic knowledge as Australia Post Employees. They don't even understand what 'reply paid' means, let alone knowing how to operate split payments. Every task is 'too hard' or 'I don't know how'. Seriously."
