"I’ve had my hizero for approx 3 years now and I would certainly purchase again. I use it daily and my only regret is not buying it earlier. In this time for had 2 issues and the staff have been so helpful . Both times the issue was resolved promptly. Could not recommend enough."
"I had an issue with my HiZero after my first floor clean was FANTASTIC!!! Where has this machine been all my adult life?? The 2nd use the machine only moved forward for a few seconds, then stopped with an error that the roller was jammed. I raised a service request via the website and forgot about it as life got in the way. HiZero persevered in their contacting me to try to get the issue resolved. We eventually had a facetime call, and Grace saw that the roller was a little larger than it should be. (Don't leave your roller to soak!!! Just massage it under running water.) When they said for me to bring the machine in, I just couldn't due to medical issues in our family, so Grace came to my home to test it. I had a cry - it's hard being a carer and working full time and worse with covid now! She replaced the roller with a new one and the machine now works like a dream. I have a disability that makes it difficult to mop and dangerous as it becomes too wet, but the HiZero washes the floor and it's like the polymer roller chamois the floor so dries within seconds... and no smears on my glossy tiles! Love it now! Thanks Grace, you are my hero!"
