"My initial experience at this shopping centre was marked by excitement as I embarked on my first visit. My purpose was simple yet delightful – to indulge in the delectable pastries showcased at the Cafe, and to have them for a takeaway. Regrettably, my enthusiasm was met with disappointment. Despite standing patiently, eagerly waiting to be served, my presence seemed to be invisible to the staff. The Cafe, with its relatively tranquil ambiance, housed three servers stationed behind the counter. Our eyes met, but alas, my attempts at engagement were met with silence. As much as I appreciate the allure of these pastries, I hold a steadfast principle of not endorsing subpar service. Consequently, I opted to take my leave, denying them the opportunity to win me over."
"Beautiful little cafe. Great spot for lunch. I had the fish and chips it was delicious! Service was quick and Staff were friendly. Added bonus there is a little playground for the little ones. Highly recommend."
"Went here for breakfast. When we walked in lots of staff but for some reason the chef was making coffee. Trying to get some to take our order was difficult. Meals were served before our coffees come. Just an average experience, nothing that would bring us back quickly or be raving to friends to visit. Not much atmosphere and the staff seem like they don’t want to be there just standing behind the counter. A lot of improvement needs to be made to bring the score up for this cafe. Very sad to see as great location and great size cafe just looks like bad chefs and management."
"My wife and I went to the restaurant for lunch on Sunday. After 10 minutes waiting for someone to take me order I went to the counter and finally we got menus. After ordering the meals turned up, mine was wrong and I could not get attention from the staff so I took it myself to the cooks who took it to replace the meal correctly. My wife had eaten her meal by the time the replacement arrived, so instead of us a nice lunch we ate separately. This used to be good, but now, no one in charge, no interest or pride in the staff so best to avoid until many changes or in place."
