"I really didn’t want to write this review but I think it’s important. We got our decking and artificial turf done with Yoki decking. Job was done but cleaning up after the job had finished not done. We had pile of sand siting on my front yard and leftover woods after decking installation. We trusted the guy and gave full payment and he promised he would come and clean up on Friday or that weekend . I tried to ring him few times completely ignored the calls and he was no show . I have little 14 months old baby and husband is working full time. I don’t have time to clean up after him. Additionally I also don’t have the tools to clean up even if I made the time. Now I am trying to clean it up with shovel and planting pot and it’s taking very long time. Which would have only taken him less then 30 mins to clear . Very disappointed at his customer service. I hope you don’t do this to anybody els and do your job properly when people put a lot of trust on you."

"I understand that there are great reviews, and that was why I was interested in this Business, but the Great Reviews didn't reflect the Customer Service that we should have gotten. Take into account, we had not yet Moved into or Living in the Property and live 30 minutes away. I requested to organise a Quote with Prassaner. I had requested that he come on the 8th of October to our newly built House, to do a Consultation and Quote. On that date he was due to meet with my Husband, so I had given him my Husband's Number. On the 1st of October, a week beforehand, we were down on the site, meeting with a Concreter for a Quote. We have pretty bad phone reception but Prassaner called my Husband, and introduced himself as "The Landscaper" no Name initially and my Husband was very confused. He asked could he come down then, in about 20 minutes, despite his appointment being the following week. We stayed and waited for him. Yes he was kind of friendly, but didn't really understand what we wanted or needed or couldn't offer any advice. We were needing Concrete Base and Sandstone Pavers on an Easement for an Inflatable Spa, Grass and Pavers around the Edge for Garden Boxes. My Husband and I didn't have a good a gut feeling about him. He then left, and never sent me a Quote, despite me giving him my Email Address in the Text Message with all our Details. Was really not impressed with the Customer Service and lack of not providing a Quote. If they want the work, then send the Quote. I am not chasing it up, when I am dealing with other numerous matters and things."
