"To say that I am angry and disappointed with Costa is a profound understatement. Despite numerous calls, texts and emails (and despite having paid him approximately $20,000), the works were riddled with defects and to this day remain incomplete. I have submitted a complaint about Costa's dishonest and disgraceful behaviour with Dispute Resolution Victoria as a precursor to further action against him in VCAT and/or the Supreme Court of Victoria. Do yourself a favour and avoid this contemptible character at all costs. If there are any other similarly disgruntled and ripped off creditors of Costa out there or if anyone is aware of current attempts by Costa to illegally "phoenix" his business into another entity in an attempt to avoid his creditors, please get in touch."
