Reviews
"Prices were pretty high in general but luckily there was a special discount of 20% storewide including electricals. Staff was helpful and friendly. They helped me get what I wanted to buy quickly just before store was closed."
"Every single time i have come to the store during opening hours for a store credit return that i was promised over the phone, the place is shut, its currently 1.52pm on a sunday arvo and there trading hours are until 330pm. I tried coming on the sunday prior at 1pm and they were also shut, when displaying 330pm close, and 1230 pm on a saturday but cant recall if it was in the same weekend or seperate week. How are they meant to do business when there never open and not open on the displayed times this is just frustrating and starting to get concerned"
"Everything in the store is ridiculously over priced. In many cases, they charge more for the item than it is brand new. Power tools are one example, chainsaws, Archery equip was litteraly double the price of brand new for identical products. There is actually somthing wrong with you if you buy from here a second hand, overpriced, under warranted item. Staff become agressive when you ask them why they charge more than what item is new. 10-15years ago, this place was awsome."
"On display was a vintage 35mm film camera with the tag reading "checked." When I asked, this meant the item had been checked and was working. I asked to inspect the camera and found the original mercury battery was still inside. Battery fell apart like powder as I opened the cap but the battery's label was still readable. "checked and working?" I asked.. Again I was told yes. This camera folks was a 1969 yashica electro with a steep price tag, and the mercury battery was discontinued in the early 90s. That camera had not been used in over 20 years but I was told it was checked and working. Don't believe the labels, don't believe the staff. Know the item you are inspecting well and walk away if you're not permitted a thorough examination."
