"Highly skilled knowledgeable handyman in the Bayside area at a fair price. Lee replaced a large section of rotten weatherboards, and facia on my older period home. Task was made difficult due to the existing plumbing and electrics being in the way. Lee went to the trouble of hiding the existing pipes and cables under the boards, as well as running a timber for the joins. Excellent result, very neat, worth the extra effort, photo below. My Bifold timber doors have been a problem for a long time, difficult to operate due to a lump in the floor. I got Lee onto it, after figuring out what needed to be done, he installed a new track assembly, cut down the doors to deal with the lump and re-engineered the hinge meaning the door now seals properly. I have found Lee to be passionate, takes ownership the job, no shortcuts and importantly does things properly. His background in boat building and furniture making means he can take on the boutique and difficult jobs and possesses good knowledge of period homes. You’re getting more than your standard run of the mill handyman here. Good communicator, quote before the job (in person), does what he says he will do, no B.S and loves a yarn over a cuppa afterward. Handy if you’re in the Bayside Area, very reasonable rates."
