I was extremely impressed by Cale's research of different decking material, planning of the installation process and realistic but thorough proposal of his plan, cost and timeline before he even started. And once he started the re-decking, he demonstrated his previous expertise in water proofing work by doing a fantastic job of rust treatment of our roof beneath the original decking. Despite being a one person service, he completed the installation of our deck ahead of time. We're not always home when he does his work, and if that's the case, we would get a detailed photo essay of his work on the day and or a follow-up phone call.
