"Over an hour wait for customer service. Was told it would be another hour to wait. So two hours to be served?! Staff then call people who are no longer waiting in the store (you add your name to a board when you come in) to come back and have their turn. If that’s the case, either tell people waiting you can do so (we hadn’t been in the store before) or have one policy that if you wish to be served, you have to wait in store. Or at least have someone intervene every 15 minutes to check what people are there for to tell them they may be able to leave their claim form in store instead of waiting hours for service!!! A smoother process is needed at this store."
"Zack Chen is very accommodating and helpful. He will assist you with whatever inquiry or purpose you have. In the last three occasions that I went to Bupa, I was fortunate that Zack is always there to help me with my transactions. I’ve been wanting to write a review the first time he helped me but I was not able to get his name. Yesterday I went there again and he was so helpful and friendly. I would like to commend Zack for a job well done."
"Terrible service. Upon entering the store we were serviced by Patsy. We were asked if we would prefer to converse in Chinese in English. My partner and I opted for English, however Patsy showed a shocked expression on her face and with much reluctance, serviced us in English. My partner and I had already done our research and knew exactly what we wanted, all we needed was to complete the paperwork and be transferred from our current health fund. Several issues arise during the consult: 1) The staff member was extremely unclear when explaining the policies and rebates we were entitled to, thus making the consult very confusing. She was jumping from gold to silver and other moderate extras to everyday extras. I appreciate she was trying to explain them to us, but her communication skills made the consult very difficult and unclear 2) She was unable to locate the health fund we are currently with on the system, thus the quote we were provided with on the day (in person) is not the quote we are being charged monthly I do hope BUPA is able to provide staff with further training in customer service. Upon reviewing previous comments, I am able to see this is not the first time this staff member has had issues identified. Disappointing to see that management has not acted upon customer feedback. Or if they have, it has not been effective."
