"After three phone calls to the customer service call centre and my problem still hadn't been resolved, I decided to visit the store at Parramatta where I opened my membership. I went there last Thursday and got Lucy Yip serving me. She listened to my problem carefully and looked at my payment details in the system. Understanding what happened to my account, Lucy had communicated with her other team who could fix and apply the credit of 6 week free to the correct timeframe so that my payment due date can be postponed. Waiting for her other team's response, Lucy's concern is to waste of my time sitting there so she told me to leave this issue with her and will contact me once it done. I left the store and 30 mins later, I received Lucy's phone call confirming the problem has been fixed. Thanks goodness for Lucy's excellent service in terms of quality, productivity, efficiency and friendly."

"I was a customer of Ranny. She was very helpful when I first joined the membership. Though the cover has reduced its benefits more and more since 2019 but the fee is going up slightly. I was okay with the changes, however when I needed some information to upgrade/change my cover, Ranny never responded back to me, like never (for more than 4 times) Last time when I called her, she was very unfriendly and I couldn't talk further). I feel like she's only interested in the first customer who is benefitial to her career, and once they join the medibank cover, she blocks them out of her care. I'm now thinking to go to another branch, hoping better customer service and advised about my health care. Or actually to another health cover who treats its members better than this."
