"I went to this HCF shop 3 times. The first 2 times were good experience. The staff were professional and answered my queries clearly. The third time I was served by an older lady, I can't remember exactly the name but ended with lin. She did help me with my query, too bad she didn't end with "Is there anything else I can help you with?" (this would leave a good impression). Instead she tried to convince me to buy more insurance cover. I politely refused and thought I could then leave, but guess what, she didn't give up and tried to convince me to buy another -cheaper- cover. I refused again and quickly tried to go away. Upselling / cross selling are common practice in the retail industry. However, the staff are usually discreet and try only once, then leave me alone when I refuse, and secondly, it's the first time I have this experience with a health insurance shop. Just a feedback to be more discreet next time. If the service is good, customers may come back and give even more business."

"Nice colorful modern premises upstairs in Westfield near Target. Very friendly staff. I was able to get in at very short notice and the great dentist put me at ease explaining what she was doing every step of the way. HCF offer an affordable and valuable dental service. Have been using them for over 20 years. I was very pleased when they announced the opening of their Hornsby Branch"
