"All good, except for a slim Asian look girl, probably Korean background, sitting at the first desk on right when entering. She seems to be rude and lack of patience whenever I talked to her. She gave me the feeling she wanted to finish the conservation soon even though no queue lined up. She never smile. Every time when talking with her, I felt I did something wrong and she’s there to auditing me or questioning me. I thought it was my mood issue that made me felt not that happy when I talked to her first time. But my second visit confirmed it’s her attitude that made me annoyed. All the negative feeling I received is not the experience a customer should receive. I even want to avoid going to this branch again because of these not too happy experiences."
