Welcome to Phoenix Park Community Centre, located at 22 Rob Roy Road in Malvern East, Australia. As a multi-use facility, our centre is available for both casual and ongoing hire. We are proud to be home to the Phoenix Park Neighbourhood House, Scope, and Inclusion Melbourne.

Whether you're planning a kids' birthday party, a cooking class, a meeting, an exercise session, or even food preparation, our versatile rooms are designed to meet your needs. With a range of amenities and spaces, we can accommodate various activities and events.

To make a booking, simply download and complete the application form, and once you've paid the invoice within the specified timeframe, we will send you a booking confirmation letter. Please note that bookings are processed on a 'first-in' basis, and there are no tentative bookings available for this venue. You can also check venue availability by submitting a booking enquiry online.

For your convenience, we offer ample parking options. There are two car parks servicing the Phoenix Park Community Centre on Rob Roy Road, and on-street parking is also available on Rob Roy Road and Ivanhoe Grove. Additionally, there is overflow parking at Percy Treyvaud Reserve, just a 5-minute walk away on 32 Chadstone Road in Malvern East.

When you arrive, there's no need to pick up a key as a Facility Officer will be on-site to open and close for you. Please remember to bring a copy of your booking confirmation letter, as access is provided in accordance with your booked times.

If you're looking to enjoy some drinks during your event, you are welcome to bring your own alcohol inside the centre, as long as it is consumed responsibly. However, please note that alcohol cannot be taken into the playground area. If you plan to sell or serve alcohol, a liquor license is required, and we kindly ask you to refer to the conditions of hire for more details.

For safety reasons, we do not allow the setup of personal BBQs, spit roasts, or outdoor cooking apparatus. However, there is a public BBQ available for use at Phoenix Park.

Getting to Phoenix Park Community Centre is quick and easy, thanks to the many convenient and sustainable travel options available. You can choose to hop on a tram, train, or bus and let someone else do the driving. If you prefer to plan your public transport journey, you can use the PTV Journey Planner, which provides detailed information on routes and schedules.

If you must travel by car, we encourage you to carpool with a friend or share a cab to reduce traffic congestion and promote sustainability.
