"Wow oh wow! What a fantastic place for kids, families, picnickers, walkers etc. And I thought Dendy Park had a great play area. This is so much better. So many activities for kids, castles to climb, flying fox, sandpit and water trough (for making excellent mud pies), climbing ropes, slides, animals to climb on (fake animals hello), forts to hide in, things just to look at and wonder what they are (and couple of things had me puzzled!) and so much more. There's undercover picnic areas, barbecues and bathroom and lots of open ground just to run around on. Thomas Street Reserve play area easily best free play area I've seen and even puts some of the paid play spaces to shame."
"While the playground is lovely and full of variety, it’s no secret spot and every time we visit, you have to queue up for a car park, then your kids are getting pushed around / knocked down by the bus loads (yes plural) of other children here, and when they aren’t getting steam rolled, they are queuing up for a slide, trampoline, etc. Definitely not a playground for every child or parent, as it is full on, and more like a circus. It’s by far the busiest playground (even at off peak times) we have been to on several occasions. We usually only stay a short while before we leave. There are plenty of other parks / playgrounds to choose from near by that offer similar space / time/ freedom for little ones without all the wasted time and bruises that come with visiting this one unfortunately."
"A really excellent playground to take young kids. There's so many different areas and different levels of equipment, including swings, slides, a castle to climb up (three storeys), trampolines, climbing ropes, a zip line and an outdoor water area. Such a well done playground and young ones will love it here. Dogs are allowed on leash only, although there's an open grassland area adjacent to the playground if needed."
"What a wonderfully designed playspace for kids and great for birthday parties or gathering with 4-5 undercover pergolas. My boys had lots of fun playing in every different areas, even the senior exercise areas are very well designed. Toilet facilities available on site."
"Huge playground and a vast land reserve. Great for family picnic or small events gathering (they have a toilet in case attendees need to use the loo). Aside from the usual play area one can see in a playground, this one have zipline, DJ controller where music can be sync with a mobile phone, and a toilet!!! However, there is no businesses around the area, hence go to this place prepared with snacks and water. If you get lucky you might hear the tune of the ice cream van coming."
