"I visited your clinic on Monday June 26th and had a laser appointment .Upon completion of my session, I was informed that I needed to provide proof of payment. I was surprised by this request, as I had made the payment through your clinic's system and assumed that the information would already be available in your records. Nevertheless, I proceeded to show the proof of payment through my banking app on my phone. To my dismay, I was asked to wait for approximately 10 minutes while the staff attempted to verify the payment. This delay seemed unnecessary, especially considering that the clinic should have a streamlined process in place to access payment records promptly. As a customer, I value my time and expect efficient service, and this experience fell short of my expectations. I was very disappointed as the amount was only $29 but I had to wait for 10 minutes to discuss the issue. I hope that this incident will serve as an opportunity for growth and help Result Laser Clinic provide an even better experience for its customers moving forward."

"Extremely bad customer service by their head office team. I am a Results member & have been visiting their Chatswood clinic for almost 2 years now, having spent over $1500 on different services. Very recently when some of my packages expired, that too without any expiry reminder emails I contacted the head office team. It took 15 calls in two weeks & emails to get a phone conversation, that too on my 16th call. They did not even have the courtesy to call back, let alone picking up the calls. When I raised the issue of expiry of my package worth $390, they failed to provide any resolution such as an extension or refund. They instead insisted on keeping my money (for unused services). I did not expect this from Results Laser Clinic’s Head Office team."

"In my opinion, this is by far the worst cosmetic clinic in Australia. The customer service is atrocious, they hardly ever answer the phones, the phone rings out, there is no answering machine, and the staff are rude and incompetent. They have refused to refund my pre-paid treatments so I am forced to continue to use my credits. They refunded me one treatment that did not work, but only after I threatened to go to Fair trading. One of the owners, gave me her mobile number and said she wanted to make it up to me, and to call her if I wanted to book anything in. She complained to me about how incompetent her own staff were and then didn't even bother returning or calling me back! I wish I had never spent my money at their clinics and would love to get my money back but they refuse. I never write bad reviews because I know COVID has left many businesses struggling but I am making an exception, because of how difficult they have made it to get good services that I have paid for. WORST EXPERIENCE! DO NOT GO TO THEM, go anywhere else but to Laser Clinics."
