"0 stars do not book with them We ordered a maxi taxi on the app and when it arrived the man said we needed to pay him 15 dollars per person, we had 9 people so that would make our fare 135 when we said no why can’t we use the meter he acted like it was broken until he finally pulled it down and started it. We had caught a maxi cab to the place and it was 47 dollars and on the way back he tried charging us 135 and didn’t want to use the meter on top of that he was driving like a maniac, almost crashed multiple times, extremely rude and didn’t stop the meter when we stopped at our destination. He kept letting it go up and then even charged us extra and we tried to explain to him to stop the meter but he was just ignoring us. This has been such a bad experience the taxi he was driving was T3303 he shouldn’t be aloud to drive taxis and scam countless innocent people."
"Did not show up for a wheelchair accessible taxi booking. ( booked two working days previous). After two phone calls to find out what was going on, told they cannot find a wheelchair accessible taxi. Needed to get a regular taxi. One hour late for doctors appointment. On return trip, the same thing, no availability despite accepting the booking. Had to use regular taxi. Will not use this service again."
"Best of service - worst of service. Made two bookings to take my Mother to and from her 95th Birthday Celebration. Wheelchair access taxi to the event arrived exactly on time and got us there right on time. Great service terrific driver. The afternoon booking did not arrive. We eventually worked out how contact a human were told that they could not get anybody to respond to the job. I had thought that booking in advance meant a taxi would be organised in advance. We eventually had to bundle Mum into a car to get her back her nursing home and cancel the service. Consistency of service is the secret to customer loyalty. 130cabs failed miserably in this instance. They probably have high level management meetings to work out why they are losing market share. Pretty obvious to me."
"I thought I would support the local taxi industry so I booked a cab on Christmas day using the online booking service app. The cab arrived and the driver seemed preoccupied or anxious about something. He did not know whether to start the meter or not until he realised it was an online prepaid booking. He proceeded to drive and eventually pulled over after a couple of minutes and said he has no receipt and would not continue. I showed him my bank account as the payment had come out. He refused to take us to our destination and said he would cancel the the trip and I would have to sort it out with the cab company. We were told to leave the cab because he had no record of payment. Almost 5 weeks later I am still waiting to hear back from 13 cabs concerning this matter despite contacting them twice. Customer service is unacceptable as is their system. I will never use them again. The company stole $46 from me. Do Not Use This Company Update. 8th March 2023 After 2 emails from 13cabs it has admitted fault and they are in the process of refunding my fare. This refund process has been going on for over a month despite them apparently escalating the case. DO NOT USE 13CABS"
