"Terrible experience. I purchased a measuring device from the company last year. I went with an Australian company despite their products being $500 more to try to support local businesses. BIG mistake. There was a problem with the product. Which is fine. So I contacted them to see if I could get it fixed. They suggested a solution which didn’t fix the problem. After 1 month of emails and calls they finally accepted that there might be an issue so they made me send it back to them to get fixed. At my expense mind you. After 3 weeks of not hearing from them I emailed asking if they had repaired the product, but they said they have not received it. I provide a tracking number which says it was delivered 3 weeks ago. Their response was “you need to provide a signature POD”. So basically I have been scammed out of $1000. Sold a faulty product. Then I had to pay to send it back to them and have not received a refund. I cannot express how disappointed I am that I went with this company. Really damages my desire to shop local. I wish I could give negative 5 starts."
