"Very poor quality and they are selling used shoes, please check a hundred times before buying any shoes from them, I don't about other stores specialising in Narewaran fountain gate store is very bad and also has bad customer care even can't try the shoes that I brought for my son because that shoe was too small for him. They gave me shoes after packing I didn't check them, why I am checking when buying from like that company. But it has some mark that looks like used. I think they selling used shoes. Very disappointed. Never recommend, it if I can give 0 reviews I never hesitate to do it. This like company shouldn't in Australia ."

"Beyond brilliant service. All the staff I have dealt with have been amazing. Had to exchange my grandson's shoe's, and had to bring along my son , who has Autism & ADHD. Not to mention, they had a sale. So super busy. All the staff were polite, friendly & went well beyond my expectations, & treated my son with kindness & courtesy. No dirty looks, no judgement. I have experienced this on both my in-store purchases. I generally purchase all items online, for obvious reasons, I will not hesitate to buy in-store again after this experience."
