"I had a really different experience to the previous reviewer. Reception is friendly, understandable and the booking process works well, it was an easy customer registration form, just a short wait, and Dr Santoso was professional, efficient, comprehensive, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly: checked all over, knew what each spot was, flagged one I didn't know about, helped with other dermatology and specialist referral. And it's bulk bill. Would definitely recommend for skin checkup. Idk, I just had an absolutely fine, easy time today with a professional doctor."

"I've deliberated whether to leave a comment or not for a long while, but to help general people, I decided to. I'd never go to this doctor. I made an appointment at 11:15am, but was running late and called the clinic to inform I'd be 10-15 minutes late. I arrived at 11:30am, reported to the reception, then waited for him to call me in. Having waited for 30 minutes, I mentioned to the reception that the wait seems too long. The receptionist then informed that the doctor was out for a coffee! I waited another 15 minutes, total 45 minutes, then he came in the clinic with half of a roll of lunch left in his hand. No apologies what so ever! Worst, he was not bothered to check my skin, other than only the 3 that I mentioned were strange. He said it'd be about $180 for each biopsy and did not mention any alternative ways to have moles clinically tested. He was not a help at all, and I even doubted whether he knew well at all. Maybe he had me waiting for long on purpose as a consequence of and a kind of revenge for my late arrival (which I called and informed beforehand), but no apologies, attitude of no care but to fill in the time of appointment, and no apparent professional knowledge are a cocktail of sure multiple signs of 'oh no, don't go to him'. Save your time, save your trip, save the government's wasted medical expense. Go somewhere else."
