"Useless- nobody is ever regularly on the premises for the hours promised online, they have sent replacement parts to the wrong addresses, they take ridiculously long to send any parts when you need them, and to top it off, they don’t pick up the phone half the time. At one point I tried to go during their advertised hours and the place was locked and nobody was manning the main office phones. In this time period, about three others also came by- for an appointment or to return the equipment, and were also not able to get through to anyone. This place literally exists to supply people with equipment to breathe so it’s absolutely beyond me why it would be so inaccessible and difficult to find a time they open consistently. Go somewhere else for your cpap needs because this place is an absolute joke."

"Was told my order was ready for collection here after ordering on their website. Arrived and waited for 40 minutes after a back room staffer came out and said they'd "see if we have it" . Some had been waiting almost 2 hours. The poor receptionist was trying her best, but whatever back room staff there were were utterly hopeless."

"I highly recommend do not purchase anything from here. Customer service is basically non existent. Multiple attempts at contacting through email, their website and phone calls after trying to chase them for an order made well over 2 months ago. It appears to be a fraud company that will just take your money and then ignore all further communication. Update - Now approaching 4 months and still no closer to any kind of action to resolve the problem either through actually giving my order or a refund. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY. When ordering medical equipment which isn't cheap and already on a tight budget only to get ripped off, it shows very unethical business practices"

"They stuffed up with my order by providing incorrect sized nasal pillows. I was informed by them that they would act immediately to despatch the correct sized pillows by express post. However, there has been no action or movement on their part. All empty promises. Don’t be lured by their low prices as you risk the possibility of being terribly disappointed both financially and mentally."

"Pre ordered RAT tests online from this company as they were advertised for a decent price. Website mentioned that it would ship in two weeks; however, you would be able to cancel your order at anytime. Delivery was delayed a further two weeks and any emails sent regarding a cancellation were not answered. Avoid."
